Why per scheme and not per lot?
Because your bill should not grow when more owners get involved. Committee members, owners and tenants are always free. Managers with a portfolio pay per lot because that is how their own fees work.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price shown is the total you pay, including GST.
Do you take a cut of levies or payments?
No. Levies are paid into your scheme's own bank account. When online payments go live, the card or bank processing fee is passed through at cost; we never hold or move the money.
What happens when we outgrow the Free plan?
Nothing dramatic. Your data stays, and you upgrade when you want the extra features or pass 10 lots. Paid plans open when billing goes live; you will be told before anything is charged.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the settings page, with a full export of your data. No notice period, no exit fee.
We are a strata manager. Can we use this for our portfolio?
Yes. The Manager plan is the same platform with a portfolio dashboard and staff roles, priced per lot. Your committees and owners get access at no charge, which tends to make them like you more.
